Chef Jesu Santiagu Lambert

Chef Jesu Santiagu Lambert is the Executive Chef at Sai Ram Indian Cuisine. He is a distinguished member of the Skill Development Committee of the South Indian Chef Association, contributing actively to culinary education and professional excellence.

With over 25 years of global culinary experience, Chef Lambert has built an impressive career across hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, and culinary institutes. His international exposure spans Singapore, Germany, Qatar, the Caribbean, Malaysia, Nepal, and various regions across India, enriching his culinary perspective with diverse techniques and traditions.

An accomplished chef, educator, and industry leader, he is a WACS-certified International Judge and a multiple-time recipient of the Times Food Awards (2016–2024).

Renowned for his expertise in menu engineering and food safety, Chef Lambert is widely respected for combining innovation with consistency and operational excellence. He has also had the honor of catering for the Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu during a U.S. event, reflecting the trust placed in his culinary mastery at the highest levels.
